The 365pak name, logo and associated marks are trade marks of 365pak. Payment method names referenced on the Platform (including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) are the property of their respective owners and are referenced for contextual purposes only. No endorsement, affiliation or association with those brands is implied.
The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. 365pak expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
While 365pak makes reasonable efforts to ensure that Content is accurate and up-to-date, we do not warrant that the Platform is free from errors, omissions or inaccuracies. Content related to payment methods, bonus availability, processing times, operator features and regulatory matters may change without notice. References to sports, leagues, tournaments and teams — including Pakistan cricket, PSL (Pakistan Super League), ICC tournaments, football competitions and UFC — are made as contextual references only. 365pak has no official affiliation, partnership or commercial relationship with the PCB, PSL, ICC, any sporting federation or any participating team.
Any decision to engage with a Third-Party Operator is made solely by the User. Before registering with any operator, you should read their full terms and conditions, verify their licensing status, and satisfy yourself that using their services is lawful in your jurisdiction.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy sets out how 365pak collects, uses, stores and protects personal data in connection with the Platform, and your rights in relation to that data. No failure or delay by 365pak in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy. A waiver of any breach shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach.
